After arriving from Perth two days earlier, the visiting Dow Corning (USA) Gulfstream Aerospace G-IV-X (G450) bizjet N597DC departed Hamilton Island Airport for Sydney on Tuesday 8 November.  It was again noted using the flight number and radio callsign of "GTH597".

Meanwhile, also on Tuesday 8 November, Balmoral Air Dassault Falcon 2000LX bizjet VH-WIO departed Hamo heading to Bankstown after arriving from there the previous day.

More recently, on Thursday 10 November, Alizzi Aviation Beech B200 King Air VH-ZOS arrived at Hamilton Island Airport direct from its Ballarat (Victoria) base.  After a couple of hours on the ground, it departed to Mackay Airport before returning to Ballarat a little while later.

Also at Mackay Airport on Thursday 10 November, locally-based Embraer EMB-550 Legacy 500 bizjet N142GZ departed to Townsville.

And as reported on our Facebook page, Fugro LADS / Royal Australia Navy (RAN) Hydrography Dash-8-200 VH-LCL continues to operate out of Mackay Airport, flying sorties out to sea and back each day during this week after arriving from its (usual) Cairns base on Monday 7 November.  It's also had an update of its livery since its last visit to CQ!

On Wednesday 9 November, it appears that the Queensland Government (State of Queensland) Raytheon B300 Super King Air VH-SGQ was used on the thrice-weekly prisoner transfer flights up and down the Queensland Coast for the Queensland Police.  It was noted visiting Rockhampton and Townsville twice, along with Cairns and Maryborough before finishing its day by having to divert to the Sunshine Coast due to storms around Brisbane Airport.

And finally, visiting Longreach Airport in the very wee small hours of Wednesday 9 November was LifeFlight (ex Careflight Queensland) (Aeromed) LearJet 45 bizjet VH-VVI "Ambulance 451".  It touched down from and later departed back to Brisbane.
