Hong Kong-based Gulfstream Aerospace G-IV-X (G450) Bizjet B-LCK Arrives into Hamilton Island Airport - Plus More!

A nice overseas-based corporate bizjet was noted arriving into Hamilton Island Airport on Friday 13 September with Hong Kong-based HK Bellawings Jet Ltd Gulfstream Aerospace G-IV-X (G450) bizjet B-LCK arriving from the Gold Coast as 'BWJ866' / "Bellawings 866".

It had arrived into the Gold Coast at the start of the week, and arrived into Australia via Sydney the previous week.

At the time of writing, B-LCK appears to be staying on Hamo for at least the night.

UPDATE!  On Sunday 15 September, B-LCK departed Hamilton Island Airport for Sydney.

Meanwhile, also noted arriving into Hamilton Island Airport, also on Friday 13 September, was Brenzil Dassault Falcon 7X bizjet VH-CRW.  It touched down from Brisbane and also appears to be staying.

UPDATE!  VH-CRW returned to Brisbane on Monday 16 September.

Finally, over on the mainland at Proserpine (Whitsunday Coast) Airport, the Queensland Government Airwing (State of Queensland) Raytheon Hawker 850XP bizjet VH-SGY was noted calling in from Brisbane late on Friday 13 September.  After spending the night, VH-SGY was due to return to Brisbane on Saturday 14 September.

VH-SGY looked to bring State Government ministers and dignitaries to Prosie for the opening of the latest stage of the Whitsunday Coast Airport redevelopment which also includes a spectacular indoor aquarium!
