Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Boeing B737-7ES / E-7A Wedgetail A30-005 Completes Airwork at Hamilton Island Airport

On Wednesday 25 November, Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Boeing B737-7ES / E-7A Wedgetail Airborne Early Warning & Control (AEW&C) aircraft A30-005 was noted completing a couple of missed approaches at Hamilton Island Airport.

It was flying as "Wedgetail 11" and came up from RAAF Base Williamtown to Hamo via a missed approach at the Gold Coast.  After the airwork at Hamilton Island Airport, A30-005 returned to Williamtown via a missed approach at Brisbane.
