It looked to arrive from its Melbourne (Moorabbin) base and later return there via Melbourne (Essendon).
This is the first time that VH-EMO has ever featured on the CQ Plane Spotting Blog!
Meanwhile, a couple of other arrivals into Hamilton Island Airport, also on Tuesday 5 January, included Milbrae Quarries / Pegasus Air Pilatus PC-12/47E VH-BEV which arrived from Narranderra. And Privately-owned Hawker Beechcraft G58 Baron VH-ZWO flew into Hamo from Ballarat in Victoria via Charleville Airport.
UPDATE! On Wednesday 6 January, VH-BEV departed Hamilton Island for Dubbo and then many other places, finishing the day at Orange in New South Wales.
Finally, also on Tuesday 5 January, Corporate Aviation Bell 429 Global Ranger helicopter VH-EQP departed Hamilton Island Airport and returned to its Southport base on the Gold Coast via Gladstone Airport. It arrived from there on Sunday 27 December.
