On Monday 15 April, Rockhampton Plane Spotter 'IAD' was out for a morning drive and got to the top of one of Rockhampton's hills that overlook the Airport and managed to spot in the sky a Virgin Australia Embraer E-190 in the old 'Virgin Blue' colours - but with a white panel on its underbelly.

On closer inspection, the E-190 turns out to be VH-ZPC.

This now means that over the last week, there have been three of Virgin's E-190 aircraft to be spotted in Central Queensland that now feature one of these white panels on their underbelly.
Later on Monday 15 April, VH-ZPC was also spotted at Townsville Airport where local plane spotter Dave managed to catch the E-190 at closer quarters.

The other E-190s captured by local spotters with this white panelling have been VH-ZPL in Rockhampton and VH-ZPO in Gladstone.
