RAAF Canadair Challenger 604 Bizjet A37-001 Calls into Rockhampton and Maryborough Airports

A few interesting movements around CQ over the last couple of days for Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Canadair Challenger 604 A37-001, with the bizjet calling into both Rockhampton and Maryborough Airports transporting the Deputy Prime Minister Warren Truss to "Beef Week" - Beef Australia 2015 - along with an engagement in country New South Wales.

A37-001 - flying as "Regent 64" - initially called into Rockhampton Airport late on Wednesday 6 May.  It departed soon after, heading South to Maryborough where it spent the night.

Then early on Thursday 7 May, A37-001 departed Maryborough and was noted on the ground at Bathurst in country New South Wales.  It was noted to be using a new callsign of "Consort 71".

Later on Thursday, David G of Maryborough Aviation Services captured A37-001 soon after it had arrived back at Maryborough Airport - as shown above.

It departed a little later in the evening heading South.
