It appears that VH-YIQ initially positioned into Adelaide from Brisbane as VOZ9900 before flying into Rockhampton Airport on charter as VOZ9001. VH-YIQ then positioned back to Brisbane but as VOZ9002.

Another ADF Charter into Rockhampton Airport with Virgin Australia Boeing B737-800 VH-YIQ Arriving from Adelaide
On Friday 7 June, Virgin Australia Boeing B737-800 VH-YIQ was noted completing a closed charter flight into Rockhampton Airport for the Australian Defence Force (ADF) in the same week as the pair of Qantas Boeing B747-400 jumbo jet charter flights.
It appears that VH-YIQ initially positioned into Adelaide from Brisbane as VOZ9900 before flying into Rockhampton Airport on charter as VOZ9001. VH-YIQ then positioned back to Brisbane but as VOZ9002.
