Brisbane-based Hewitt Cattle Australia P/L SOCATA TBM 700 VH-PGA landed at Longreach Airport from Archerfield then departed to the North-West.
And Hinterland Aviation 'swapped' over their Cessna 208 Caravans at Rockhampton Airport with VH-NDC flying into the Labona Station Airstrip within Adani Australia's (Bravus Mining & Resources) Carmichael Coal Mine site from Rocky before then flying to Townsville as HND3320/2221. While VH-ETF flew down from Townsville to Labona and then to Rockhampton Airport as HND2220/3321. Of interest, fellow Hinterland Aviation Cessna 208 Caravan VH-TFQ is still operating flights out of Rockhampton Airport to Labona.
Also note that Hinterland Aviation has started using four-digit flight numbers and callsigns on their runs to Labona - prefix '11' on flights from Cairns, prefix '22' on flights from Townsville and prefix '33' on flights from Rockhampton.
Finally, also on Thursday 15 June, Alliance Airlines Fokker F-70 VH-NKU arrived into Rockhampton Airport from Brisbane as UTY552 before then departing to Cairns and Horn Island again as UTY552. It then flew back to Brisbane as UTY553. This is a school-kids charter flight.
