Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Boeing C-17A Globemaster III A41-209 Completes Airwork at Bundaberg and Gladstone Airports - Plus More!

On Monday 12 June, Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Boeing C-17A Globemaster III A41-209 was noted completing airwork at a couple Central Queensland Airports. It looked to fly up from RAAF Base Amberley to initially complete a missed approach at Bundaberg Airport before then flying up to Gladstone Airport where it was photographed completing another missed approach.

We believe this is the first time EVER that a RAAF C-17 Globemaster has completed airwork at Gladstone Airport!

A41-209 was flying as "Stallion 43" and then returned to Amberley.

Meanwhile, also on Monday 12 June, it appeared that Australian Army marked Leonardo S.P.A. Helicopters (Agusta) AW139 helicopter VH-YBF as "Warhorse 235" was noted at Bowen Aerodrome. It arrived from and then later departed back to Townsville.
