Navair Flight Operations Embraer EMB-500 Phenom 100 VH-HQK "Navair 141" Pops into Rockhampton Airport - Plus More!

On Tuesday 3 January, Navair Flight Operations Embraer EMB-500 Phenom 100 VH-HQK as "Navair 141" was noted visiting Rockhampton Airport from Dubbo.

While Jampair P/L (Navair Flight Operations) Embraer EMB-505 Phenom 300E bizjet VH-NSQ as "Navair 199" visited Proserpine (Whitsunday Coast) Airport from Bankstown.

McDermott Aviation Group / Machjet International Cessna 525A CitationJet CJ2 bizjet VH-SUY looked to visit Hamilton Island Airport again from its Sunshine Coast base.

And before dawn, LifeFlight (Aeromed) Canadair CL-600-2B16 Challenger 604 bizjet VH-OFA "Ambulance 614" was noted visiting Longreach Airport from Brisbane.

Meanwhile, also on Tuesday 3 January, Southern Air Beech 1900 VH-VSO visited Moranbah Airport once again.  It arrived from Melbourne (Moorabbin), Latrobe Valley and Bourke and then returned direct to Latrobe Valley and then to Moorabbin.

While Hinterland Aviation Cessna 208 Caravan VH-TFQ as "Hinterland 480" departed Rockhampton Airport on a training flight to Gladstone Airport then back.  

Fellow Hinterland Aviation Cessna 208 Caravan VH-ETF as "Hinterland 470" departed Rockhampton Airport for North Curtis Island and a bit later returned to Rockhampton Airport before then operating a return FIFO flight to the Labona Station Airstrip within Adani Australia's (Bravus Mining & Resources) Carmichael Coal Mine site.

Plus fellow Hinterland Aviation Cessna 208 Caravan VH-LZK flew as looked to arrive into Mackay Airport from Townsville before then flying out to Labona and back to Mackay Airport.  It then returned to Townsville. 

UPDATE!  VH-LZK did more runs between Mackay Airport and Labona on Wednesday 4 January.

Brescon (Toowoomba) Beech B200 King Air VH-XDW visited the Labona Station Airstrip from Toowoomba-Wellcamp.

Victoria based Cessna 310I VH-UPZ landed at Emerald Airport from Leongatha, Elmore and Griffith. 

UPDATE!  On Wednesday 4 January, VH-UPZ departed Emerald Airport for Townsville.

And Bayswater Road / Australian Aerial Mapping (AAM) Reims F406 VH-EYQ departed Emerald Airport for aerial survey work over Dysart and then the Abbot Point Coal Terminal near Bowen before then flying down to Mackay Airport.
