New Zealand aircraft registration records show that Execujet New Zealand Gulfstream GV-SP (G550) ZK-KFB was cancelled as exported from New Zealand this week.
The fantastic MRC Aviation Blog (http://mrcaviation.blogspot.com.au/) posted that ZK-KFB departed Wellington on Tuesday 26 February on a direct flight to Los Angeles. It then flew to Gulfstream's facility at Appleton, Wisconsin, on Thursday 28 February, where it will reportedly have pre delivery work carried out for its new European owners.
ZK-KFB was a popular visitor to Central Queensland, having graced Hamilton Island at the end of the 2011, and then touching down at Gladstone Airport on Monday 7 May 2012, where it pictured.
ZK-KFB was delivered brand new to Execujet New Zealand in May 2010. After calling Melbourne (Essendon) Airport home for a while, it later relocated to a new hangar at Wellington in October 2011.
