Skytrans and Hinterland Fly-in Fly-out (FIFO) Charters to Barcaldine Aerodrome

There have been more (presumably) fly-in fly-out (FIFO) charter flights to touch down at Barcaldine Airport in recent days, with both Skytrans and Hinterland Aviation aircraft touching down on Monday 4 March.

Skytrans Dash-8-300 VH-QQN operated into Barcaldine from Brisbane as SKP1224, before departing to Longreach and then Brisbane as SKP1226/1225. Hinterland Aviation Beech B200 King Air VH-HLJ also operated into Barcaldine as HND780 from Townsville.  It later departed to Cairns.

On Thursday 28 February, Skytrans' VH-QQN flew into Barcaldine from Brisbane and Longreach as SKP1226, and later departed direct to Brisbane as SKP1227.  Hinterland's B200 King Air VH-HLJ flew into Barcaldine from Cairns as HND780, and later departed to Townsville.
