After a couple of hours on the ground, VH-PSU was noted departed Mackay and landing at Rockhampton Airport.
Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk then gave a press conference highlighting the looming major flood event that will hit Rockhampton in the next couple of days.

With flood levels expected to exceed 9-metres, the Rockhampton Regional Council has advised travellers that Rockhampton Airport will close from around midday on Monday 3 April with flood water expected to inundate parts of the Airport.
Meanwhile, VH-PSU returned to Brisbane later in the afternoon.
Of interest, the Queensland Police Service (Airwing) Raytheon B1900D VH-PSK has had a busy week of flying mostly between Brisbane, Rockhampton and Mackay, presumably ferrying additional police to the cyclone, and now flood-hit areas within CQ.
