Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Boeing C-17A Globemaster III A41-213 "Stallion 54” Missed Approach at Rockhampton Airport

During the late afternoon on Thursday 13 February, Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Boeing C-17A Globemaster III transport aircraft A41-213 was noted completing some airwork including a missed approach at Rockhampton Airport.

It looked to fly up from and then later return down to RAAF Base Amberley.

A41-213 was heard to be using the radio callsign of "Stallion 54".

Meanwhile, also on Thursday 13 February, RAAF Beech B350 Super King Air A32-670 was noted passing through Roma Airport while flying from RAAF Base East Sale to Cairns.  A32-670 was heard to be using the radio callsign of "Ausy 462".
