It looked to arrive from the Royal Australian Navy ship HMAS Adelaide (where it was recently photographed on board) before then departing to the Samuel Hill Airfield within the Shoalwater Bay Training Area (SWBTA).
A15-310 was heard to be flying as "Chainsaw 12".
Meanwhile, also on Friday 7 July, Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Boeing B737-7ES / E-7A Wedgetail Airborne Early Warning & Control (AEW&C) aircraft A30-002 was spotted completing airwork, including several missed approaches, at Rockhampton Airport.
A30-002 was flying as "Wedgetail 11" and looked to fly up from RAAF Base Williamtown near Newcastle in New South Wales, to Rockhampton Airport where it then completed its airwork. A30-002 then returned South back to Williamtown.
Of interest, about the same time, fellow RAAF E-7A Wedgetail A30-005 as "Wedgetail 05" popped into Mount Isa.
