More Australian Army Sikorsky Blackhawk Helicopters Pass Through Gladstone and Rockhampton Airports Thursday

On Thursday 18 September, it appears that a pair of Australian Army Sikorsky S-70A-9 Blackhawk helicopters passed through Central Queensland - one heading South and one heading North.

At Gladstone Airport, A25-210 was photographed departing the South after earlier arriving (presumably) from Mackay.  It was using the radio callsign of "Spartan 210".

Later, A25-201 was noted arriving into Rockhampton Airport.  It was heard to be using the rather unusual radio callsign of "Scimitar 19".

Thanks to Col for allowing us to share his great images of the Blackhawk on the ground at Gladstone!
