A Couple of Photos of Virgin Australia E-190 VH-ZPO and ATR 72s VH-FVI & VH-FVM at Gladstone Airport Recently

There's been a few interesting aircraft movements through Gladstone Airport in recent weeks, however the majority of these are still scheduled RPT flights in and out of the industrial city.  One of the two RPT operators is Virgin Australia which usually utilises Virgin Australia Regional Airlines (VARA) ATR 72-500/600 turbo-prop aircraft on their Brisbane to Gladstone services.

Local plane spotter Michael F has sent through some recent photos of VARA ATR 72-500s VH-FVI and VH-FVM operating into Gladstone.

As mentioned below however, Virgin Australia operated a rare, but most welcome, Embraer E-190 jet into Gladstone last Sunday 31 August.  Michael was also on hand and captured some great photos.
