A Pair of RAAF British Aerospace (BAe) Hawk 127 Jets Heard Flying Around Fraser Coast

During the afternoon on Monday 13 August, a pair of  Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) British Aerospace (BAe) Hawk 127 jet training aircraft were heard flying around the Fraser Coast region and specifically Maryborough.

While it appears that the Hawks were at no stage able to be photographed, after being heard in the Maryborough area, they flew South via Fraser Island and exited the area.

Both Hawks were heard to be using the radio callsign of "Bobcat".
