Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Boeing C-17A Globemaster III A41-210 Completes Missed Approach at Rockhampton Airport as "Stallion 25"

During the morning on Thursday 9 July, Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Boeing C-17A Globemaster III A41-210 was spotted completing a missed approach at Rockhampton Airport.


A41-210 looked to depart RAAF Base Amberley flew straight up to Rocky.  After completing the missed approach, the C-17 then returned to Amberley.

A41-210 was heard to be using the radio callsign of "Stallion 25".

Meanwhile, on Wednesday 8 July, RAAF Alenia C-27J Spartan transport aircraft A34-006 was noted flying around Roma on training flights out of Amberley as "Wallaby 23".
