Vanderfield Pilatus PC-12/47 VH-WPH arrived from its Toowoomba base and parked on the crowded Northern hardstand.
After arriving the previous day from Brisbane, Gulf Aircraft Textron Aviation (Cessna) 208 Caravan VH-PYO departed to Marble Island then returned and then departed to Brisbane.
Cloncurry-based Pilatus PC-12/47E VH-MDH arrived from Archerfield and also parked on the hardstand.
Edwards Coaches (Armidale) Beech 95-B55 Baron VH-CSK arrived from Armidale and Warwick before then departed to Gladstone Airport.

Whitney Pastoral Co Cessna 206 VH-WPC arrived from Coombing Park Cattle Station at Carcoar, southwest of Bathurst via Moree.
Also after arriving the previous day, Bowenville (near Toowoomba) based Cessna 525 CitationJet CJ1+ bizjet VH-JSZ departed to Archerfield and Bankstown.
Brisbane-based Hewitt Cattle Australia P/L SOCATA TBM 700 VH-PGA arrived from Archerfield and Moree then departed to Toowoomba.

Muirhead Pastoral Co Cessna 182 VH-WTO arrived from Collinsville.
While possibly not for Beef Week, but Raytheon A36 Bonanza VH-YGM arrived from its Orange base in New South Wales.
Finally, the star arrival on Monday 3 May was no doubt Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Boeing B737-7DT(BBJ) A36-001 "Envoy 47" which touched down in the late afternoon from Canberra via Sydney. The BBJ brought Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison (and others) to the beef capital for an evening event.
A36-001 later departed to Brisbane but the tech crew were heard to say that they would be back on Tuesday 4 May.
