Alliance Airlines Fokker F-100 VH-UQC Brings National Rugby League (NRL) Teams to Rockhampton Airport

On Saturday 21 August, the National Rugby League (NRL) competition came to Central Queensland with both the Cronulla Sharks and Wests Tigers teams and support staff flying into Rockhampton Airport on board Alliance Airlines Fokker F-100 VH-UQC which touched down from Brisbane as UTY3380.

This is the first of four games being played in both Rockhampton and Mackay over the next couple of weeks which should see similar closed charter flights touch down in these cities.

After the game where the Sharks sounded defeated the Tigers, all players and staff returned to Brisbane again on board F-100 VH-UQC which departed Rockhampton Airport after dark as UTY3381.
