Real Time Aviation (Brisbane) Cessna 525 CitationJet CJ1+ Bizjet VH-JSZ Spotted at my Local Clermont Aerodrome - Plus More!

On Friday 3 October, I was able to photograph Bowenville based (operated by Real Time Aviation - Brisbane) Cessna 525 CitationJet CJ1+ bizjet VH-JSZ parked at Clermont Aerodrome after it had arrived the previous evening from Archerfield and Dalby.  On Friday, it returned to Dalby and then Archerfield.


While Parker Aviation Ventures (Sydney) / Air Link (Dubbo) Embraer EMB-500 Phenom bizjet VH-PNM flew from Longreach Airport to the Sunshine Coast and back before later flying back to the Sunshine Coast.  As posted below, it had arrived into the Central West last weekend.

And Burbank Homes / Business Aviation Solutions Raytheon Hawker 850XP bizjet VH-BMW flew into Hamilton Island Airport from Melbourne (Tullamarine) yet again.

Meanwhile, also on Friday 3 October, Metro Holdings / Air Link Beech B200 King Air VH-XDW visited Rockhampton Airport from Townsville.

Edwards Coaches Cessna 441 Conquest II VH-OXY landed at Blackall Airport from Armidale then departed up to Richmond and then down to Kingaroy and back to Armidale.

While Queensland Government (QGAir) Rescue (State of Queensland) Agusta AW139 helicopter VH-ESZ ferried down from Townsville to Archerfield flying via Emerald Airport.

And the Capricorn Helicopter Rescue Service (CHRS) (Babcock Mission Critical Services Australasia) Agusta S.P.A. AW139 Helicopter VH-YXR arrived back into Rockhampton Airport from Redcliffe after flying down there for planned maintenance back in late March.

ASL Airlines Australia Boeing B737-800(BCF) VH-CYK Pops into Mackay Airport - Plus More!

On Wednesday 17 September, ASL Airlines Australia Boeing B737-800(BCF) VH-CYK was noted visiting Mackay Airport.

It arrived from and then later departed back to Cairns as "PARTEC9801/2".

Of interest, ASL Airlines Australia recently took delivery of their second Boeing B737-800(BCF) VH-RAN which was delivered via Brisbane as 2-BTPO.



Meanwhile, also on Wednesday 17 September, Navair Flight Operations Cessna 510 Citation Mustang bizjet VH-PAC flew down from Mareeba to Proserpine (Whitsunday Coast) Airport.  It then flew up to Innisfail but then looked to return to Prosie and then later fly back to Mareeba.  VH-PAC arrived into Far North Queensland over the weekend just gone.

Southern Air Services Cessna 525 CitationJet CJ1 bizjet VH-APJ landed at Blackall Airport from Dalby.

Burbank Homes / Business Aviation Solutions Raytheon Hawker 850XP bizjet VH-BMW flew up from Melbourne (Tullamarine) to the Sunshine Coast and then Hamilton Island Airport before then returning South.

Machjet (Machjet International) Bombardier CL-600-2B16 Challenger 605 bizjet N605JL visited Moranbah Airport from the Sunshine Coast via Brisbane.

Indara Holdings / Corporate and Luxury Air Charter Textron (Cessna) 525 CitationJet M2 VH-8RT flew up from Deniliquin, Swan Hill and Archerfield to Mackay Airport before then heading back to Archerfield

While FlyPelican (Pelican Airlines) British Aerospace BAe Jetstream 3206 (Jetstream 32) turboprop aircraft VH-NTL completed the Fly-in Fly-out (FIFO) charter flight into Emerald Airport from Archerfield and Toowoomba-Wellcamp.  It also planned to complete a similar flight Thursday 18 September.

Austrek Aviation Beech B200 King Air VH-ZMW arrived into Rockhampton Airport from Brisbane and then departed to Mackay and Townsville Airports.

UPDATE!  On Thursday 18 September, VH-ZMW returned South via Mackay and Rockhampton Airports to Brisbane.

And school holiday charter flights have starting ferrying students home to locations in Far North Queensland including National Jet Express (NJE) Dash-8-Q400 VH-8QA which arrived into Rockhampton Airport.  While out at Charters Towers Aerodrome, Cessna 208 Caravans VH-NXU and VH-OUS have flown from Cairns and out to Palm Island, Mareeba and Cooktown, plus Machjet's King Air VH-??? as "Machflight 313" also arrived from Cairns but departed to Doomadgee.

Finally, late on Tuesday 16 September, Queensland Government (QGAir) Rescue Agusta AW139 helicopter VH-EZJ as "Rescue 500" arrived into Rockhampton Airport from Archerfield and dropped off a passenger, refuelled and then returned to Archerfield. 

Then on Wednesday 17 September, LifeFlight Leonardo SPA Helicopters (Agusta) AW139 helicopter VH-XIR arrived into Rockhampton Airport from Bundaberg Airport.  It parked up at the Alliance Airlines Hangar and will be there for a while.

Link Airways (Corporate Air / Vee H Aviation) SAAB 340B+ VH-VEZ (ex N450XJ, N350AG) First Visit to CQ at Theodore Aerodrome - Plus More!

On Thursday 4 September, a surprise arrival into the region, and making what we believe is its first ever visit, was Link Airways (Corporate Air / Vee H Aviation) SAAB 340B+ turboprop VH-VEZ, which flew up from Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast to land at Theodore Aerodrome on a Fly-in Fly-out (FIFO) closed charter flight.

It later returned to the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane.

Since the SAAB was delivered to Link Airways, it has primarily been operating on regional Regular Passenger Transport (RPT) routes in New South Wales, Victoria and Tasmania.  The airline also operates some flights on behalf of Virgin Australia Airlines.

Of interest, VH-VEZ previously operated in the USA with Mesaba Airlines for Northwest Airlines and Delta Airlines as N450XJ, but most recently, it flew with Florida-based Silver Airways as N350AG.




It was flown into Australia with that American registration marking in November 2022 and was re-registered and delivered to Link Airways (Corporate Air / Vee H Aviation) as VH-VEZ. It entered service on Monday 20 February 2023 on behalf of Virgin Australia on the link between Canberra and Sydney - which it has operated quite a bit over the years!


VH-VEZ was one of three four most recently acquired SAAB 340s, and as far as we are aware,  two of the other four which were acquired about this time - VH-VEA and VH-VEQ - are still yet to make an appearance in Central Queensland.  VH-VER has been into CQ about two years ago.

Meanwhile, also on Thursday 4 September, Southern Air Beech 1900 VH-VSO arrived into Rockhampton Airport from Cairns and Townsville before it then departed to Brisbane.  It later returned to Cairns. 

And Torres Strait Air (Collville Aviation Services) Britten Norman (Bembridge) BN-2A-27 Islander VH-89M landed at Emerald Airport from the South and then departed to Cairns. 

Finally, also on Thursday 4 September, SG Aviation Australia / Business Aviation Solutions Gulfstream G-VI (G650ER) bizjet VH-SGA looked to visit Hamilton Island Airport once again from Melbourne (Essendon).

Plus on Wednesday 3 September, re-registered Equipment Holding (WA) / Aeronautics and Technology Holdings P/L (NSW) Cessna 501 Citation I/SP VH-XJI made its first visit into the region visiting Emerald Airport from Cessnock.  Research reveals that this Citation was previously registered N501AF and was placed on the Australian Aircraft Register last year.

Southern Air Services Cessna 525 CitationJet CJ1 bizjet VH-APJ landed at Blackall Airport from Dalby.

Henadeck (New South Wales) Cessna 525 Citation CJ1 bizjet VH-YNE arrived into Hamilton Island Airport from Bankstown.

And the locally-based Embraer EMB-550 Legacy 500 bizjet N142GZ was back in the air departing Mackay Airport for Brisbane.

UPDATE!  On Tuesday 9 September, N142GZ returned to Mackay Airport from Brisbane.

Local Embraer EMB-550 Legacy 500 Bizjet N142GZ Back in The Air out of Mackay Airport - Plus More!

On Thursday 14 August, the locally-based Embraer EMB-550 Legacy 500 bizjet N142GZ was back in the air departing Mackay Airport for Brisbane. (It also looked to complete a local test flight on Monday 4 August.)

UPDATE!  On Wednesday 20 August, N142GZ returned to Mackay Airport from Brisbane.

Nioa Aviation (Avcair) Embraer EMB-505 Phenom 300 bizjet VH-NJR visited Hamilton Island Airport from Brisbane.

Southern Air Services Cessna 525 CitationJet CJ1 bizjet VH-APJ departed Blackall Airport for Dalby.  It then looked to keep flying down into New South Wales and Victoria.

And McDermott Aviation Group / Machjet International Cessna 525C CitationJet CJ4 bizjet VH-PIY "Machflight 421" landed at Blackall Airport from Brisbane.

Meanwhile, also Thursday 14 August, FlyPelican (Pelican Airlines) British Aerospace BAe Jetstream 3206 (Jetstream 32) turboprop aircraft VH-ACV completed the Fly-in Fly-out (FIFO) charter flight into Emerald Airport from Archerfield and Toowoomba-Wellcamp.  It also completed a similar flight Late on Wednesday 13 August.

Air Link (Dubbo) Beech B200 King Air VH-ISS visited Rockhampton Airport from Cairns.

Scone (NSW) based Textron Aviation B200GT King Air VH-8PO departed Emerald Airport for Scone.

And finally, a few aircraft landed at Longreach Airport including NSW based Piper Cherokees VH-CNP and VH-JPL along with Cessna 172 VH-NYK which arrived into Rockhampton Airport together from Sunshine Coast and then headed West to Longreach Airport.

Also NSW based Cessna 182 VH-MJB together with more Piper Cherokees VH-IJD, VH-JDC and VH-NFR plus Piper Seminole VH-PIE all landed at Longreach Airport from Birdsville.

ASL Airlines Australia Boeing B737-800(BCF) VH-CYK Pops into Rockhampton Airport - Plus More!

On Friday 1 August, ASL Airlines Australia Boeing B737-800(BCF) VH-CYK was spotted arriving into Rockhampton Airport.




It appeared to visit from Brisbane as "PARTEC9804/3".

Meanwhile, also on Friday 1 August, Link Airways (Corporate Air / Vee H Aviation) SAAB 340B+ turboprop VH-VEB, which landed at Longreach Airport from Brisbane last night, departed Longreach Airport to Birdsville, Broken Hill, Wagga Wagga and then back to Brisbane. 

Finally, also on Friday 1 August, American-registered Bombardier BD-700-1A11 Global 5000 bizjet N18HA departed Hamilton Island Airport for Cairns.  As mentioned below, it had arrived a couple of days prior.

And over the last couple of weeks, we continued to see multiple visits by two out of the four LifeFlight (Aeromed) Canadair CL-600-2B16 Challenger 604 bizjets.

VH-OFC "Ambulance 634" visited Biloela / Thangool, Hervey Bay, Blackall and Gladstone Airports - with multiple visits to Mackay and Rockhampton Airports.

VH-OFB "Ambulance 624" visited Gladstone, Rockhampton, Mackay, Emerald, Longreach, Bundaberg, Charleville, Barcaldine and Proserpine Airports.

While VH-OFA "Ambulance 614" seemed to spend time in the hangar and VH-URR "Ambulance 604" continued to operate overseas.

Queensland Government (QGAir) Rescue (State of Queensland) Agusta AW139 Helicopters VH-ESH & VH-EZJ Spotted at Emerald Airport - Plus More!

On Friday 13 June, a pair of Queensland Government (QGAir) Rescue (State of Queensland) Agusta AW139 helicopters were spotted at Emerald Airport.  VH-ESH flew down from Townsville and then onwards to Archerfield, while VH-EZJ arrived from Archerfield and departed to Townsville.  


A bit unusual to see both stopped at Emerald Airport at the same time. 

While Hughes Aviation (Hughes Pastoral Group) (Gympie) Pilatus PC-12/47E NGX VH-8HP flew up from the Gold Coast to Mackay Airport and then down to Archerfield and late this afternoon is heading back to Mackay Airport. 

Comet-registered Cessna 208B Grand Caravan VH-RTC departed Hedlow Airfield for Blackall Airport and then Birdsville. 

Southern Air Beech 1900 VH-YSO flew down from Mackay Airport to Brisbane.

And AirServices Australia / Pearl Aviation Hawker Beechcraft B300 Super King Air VH-FIY landed at Longreach Airport from Brisbane and then departed to Alice Springs. 

Meanwhile, also on Friday 13 June, McDermott Aviation Group / Machjet International Cessna 525A CitationJet CJ2 bizjet VH-SUY as "Machflight 41" landed at Jundah from Brisbane and then departed to Thargomindah and back to Brisbane. 

Private American-Registered Gulfstream Aerospace G650 (GLF6) bizjet N720LE arrived into Hamilton Island Airport again from Sydney.

UPDATE!  Monday 16 June, N720LE departed Hamo and returned to Sydney.

And LifeFlight (Aeromed) Canadair CL-600-2B16 Challenger 604 bizjet VH-OFC "Ambulance 634" arrived into Rockhampton Airport from Townsville and Cairns and then departed to Brisbane.  It then flew up to Longreach Airport and back to Townsville.

Of interest, since the start of the month, VH-OFC "Ambulance 634" has also visited Gladstone, Barcaldine and Mackay Airports with a couple of repeated visits.

While sistership VH-OFB "Ambulance 624" visited Mackay, Rockhampton, Gladstone and Hervey Bay (Fraser Coast) Airports.  And VH-OFA "Ambulance 614" remained in the hangar at Brisbane.

Airnorth (Alliance Airlines) Embraer ERJ-190AR VH-A2I (ex N236JB) Departs Rockhampton Airport to Darwin - Plus More!

On Sunday 8 June, Airnorth (Alliance Airlines) Embraer ERJ-190AR VH-A2I (ex N236JB) departed Rockhampton Airport for Darwin as ANO4001.

As mentioned below, the aircraft had arrived into Rockhampton Airport as N236JB on Sunday 25 May after completing its delivery flight from the USA.

Meanwhile, also on Sunday 8 June, Australian Country Choice Properties / Aero Corporate Charters P/L (Brisbane) Cessna 525B CitationJet CJ3 bizjet VH-ACC visited Hamilton Island Airport again from Archerfield.  It looked to fly to the Central West the previous day.

Multiquip Poultry / Navair Flight Operations Embraer EMB-500 Phenom 100EV bizjet VH-MQX also visited Hamo from Archerfield.  It then flew to the Sunshine Coast.

Tindal Air (NT) Embraer EMB-505 Phenom 300 bizjet VH-NNA departed Hamilton Island Airport and also flew down to Archerfield.  It looked to have flown into Hamo from there on Thursday 5 June.

And Australian Maritime Safety Authority (AMSA) (Cobham SAR Services Pty Ltd) Bombardier CL-600-2B16 Challenger 604 bizjet VH-XNF as "Rescue 550" flew down to search ops off the coast between Gladstone and Bundaberg and on completion returned to Cairns. 

Finally, also on Sunday 8 June, Gold Coast based Cessna 310R VH-CSX flew up from Southport to Blackall Airport and then to Rockhampton Airport and then back to Southport. 

And Diamond DA40 NG Diamond Star N29MT landed at Longreach Airport from the Gold Coast and then departed to Mount Isa.

Several Pilatus PC-12s At Various Central Queensland Airports!

On Thursday 29 May, there were some Pilatus PC-12s around some various Central Queensland Airports.


American-registered but seemingly Australian-based Pilatus PC-12/47E (NG) N175NG flew up from Archerfield to Moura Airport then West to Blackall Airport and then Alice Springs.  It later returned back to Archerfield.

Poolhurst Aviation Air Charter Services Pilatus PC-12/47E VH-PDE flew up from Archerfield to Roma Airport and then up to Barcaldine Airport.  Of interest, it completed a flight to Planet Downs and back from Archerfield the previous day.

UPDATE!  On Friday 30 May, VH-PDE departed Barcaldine Airport for Hughenden. 

UPDATE!  On Saturday 31 May, VH-PDE landed back at Barcaldine Airport from Hughenden and then departed to Archerfield

Rural Funds Management (A.C.T.) Pilatus PC-12/47E VH-STE, which had flown up to Springsure Aerodrome from Canberra and Warren yesterday, departed Springsure Aerodrome to Rolleston Aerodrome and then Rockhampton Airport.

UPDATE!  On Friday 30 May, VH-STE departed Rockhampton Airport for Emerald Airport and then Warren and Canberra. 

Hughes Aviation (Hughes Pastoral Group) (Gympie) Pilatus PC-12//47E NGX VH-8HP flew West from Tierawoomba to Longreach Airport then down to Keeroongooloo then to Archerfield. 

UPDATE!  On Friday 30 May, VH-8HP flew out from Archerfield to Longreach Airport and then down to Keeroongooloo.

And M. D. H. P/L (Cloncurry) Pilatus PC-12/47E VH-MDH landed at Longreach Airport from and departed back to Devoncourt Station.

Volkswagen Air Service (Germany) Dassault Falcon 7X Bizjet D-AGBF Arrives into Hamilton Island Airport - Plus More!

On Tuesday 20 May, Volkswagen Air Service (Germany) Dassault Falcon 7X bizjet D-AGBF arrived into Hamilton Island Airport from Townsville after earlier flying from overseas.



It seems to be spending at least the night!

While Polar Aviation (Melbourne) Bombardier BD-700-1A10 Global Express XRS bizjet VH-T29 popped back into Hamilton Island Airport, arriving from Cairns and departing to Melbourne (Tullamarine).  It had flown North bound on Saturday 17 May - see Blog post below!

And WA based Rutan Long-EZ VH-LDL, which started from Kalgoorlie on the weekend, arrived into Blackall Airport and then Rockhampton Airport.

UPDATE!  On Wednesday 21 May, VH-LDL flew down from Rockhampton Airport to the Old Station Farm.  The Airshow is on there this weekend!!

Finally, also on Tuesday 20 May, Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Boeing B737-7ES / E-7A Wedgetail Airborne Early Warning & Control (AEW&C) aircraft A30-004 as "Wedgetail 15" was noted completing airwork, including a missed approach at Rockhampton Airport while on a flight up from and back to RAAF Base Williamtown - returning via more airwork at the Sunshine Coast.

Aero Logistics / Bayswater Road Aerial Surveys Reims Cessna F406 Caravan II VH-AL3 Arrives into Rockhampton Airport - Plus More!

On Sunday 27 April, one of the newer aerial survey aircraft to operate in Central Queensland in the form of Aero Logistics / Bayswater Road Aerial Surveys Reims Cessna F406 Caravan II VH-AL3 was noted arriving into Rockhampton Airport from Archerfield.

It looked to complete some aerial surveying at different locations whilst flying up to Rocky.

While BPW Aviation / Airspeed Aviation Cessna 441 Conquest II VH-EQU landed at Emerald Airport from Tamworth and then departed to Alice Springs. 

UPDATE!  On Monday 28 April, VH-EQU returned to Emerald Airport from Alice Springs before departing to Archerfield.  Over the course of the next few days, VH-EQU was then noted visiting most centres on the coast of Queensland all the way up to Cairns before returning to Archerfield at the end of the week.

And American-registered but seemingly Australian-based Pilatus PC-12/47E (NG) N175NG landed at Blackall Airport from Archerfield and this afternoon departed to Ambalindum. 

Meanwhile, on Saturday 26 April, seemingly Australian based but American registered Eclipse Aviation EA550 Very Light jet (VLJ) bizjet N771MT was noted arriving into Longreach Airport from the Sunshine Coast.  It then flew up to Winton Airport.

UPDATE!  On Monday 28 April, N771MT departed Winton Airport for the Whitsunday Airport at Shute Harbour and then back to the Sunshine Coast.

While Mitchell Water Cessna 525 Citation M2 bizjet VH-WMY visited the Whitsunday Airport at Shute Harbour from Melbourne (Moorabbin) via Ararat.

Looks like we also missed a similar visit to Shute Harbour - and Roma and Chinchilla Airports - about a fortnight earlier.

And Tindal Air (NT) Embraer EMB-505 Phenom 300 bizjet VH-NNA visited Hamilton Island Airport from Archerfield and Brisbane.

Finally, on Friday 25 April, Graham Aviation (Cairns) Cessna 510 Citation Mustang bizjet VH-FMZ flew down from Cairns to Hamilton Island Airport.  It looked to return to Cairns and then onwards to Mareeba on Sunday 27 April.

Aerlink ATR 72-500 VH-FVY Pops into Rockhampton Airport - Plus More!

On Thursday 3 April,  Aerlink ATR 72-500 VH-FVY popped into Rockhampton Airport.  It arrived from and departed back to Brisbane as HT869/870.

Meanwhile, also on Thursday 3 April, Metro Holdings / Air Link Beech B200 King Air VH-XDW landed at Mackay Airport from Cairns and then departed to Archerfield. 

The Queensland Government (State of Queensland) Beech B300 King Air 350i VH-8TT landed at Gladstone Airport from Brisbane and then departed back to Brisbane via a missed approach at Miles Airport. 

American-registered but seemingly Australian-based Pilatus PC-12/47E (NG) N175NG visited Rockhampton Airport from Archerfield and Moura Aerodrome. 

Harris Aviation Charters / Aero-Star Aviation (SA) Beech B300 Super King Air 350 VH-8HA landed at Longreach Airport from Archerfield and then departed to Toowoomba. 

Aero Professional Services SOCATA TBM700 VH-VSV landed at Denison Downs from Archerfield.

And Brisbane-based Adome P/L (Air Link, Dubbo) Cessna 525 CitationJet M2 bizjet VH-YWS flew into Longreach Airport from Archerfield.

UPDATE!  On Friday 4 April, VH-YWS flew down to Blackall Airport from Longreach Airport before then returning to Archerfield.

Australian Army (Helicorp) Leonardo (Agusta) AW139 Helicopters VH-YQJ & VH-YBG Both Call Into Rockhampton Airport - Plus More!

On Monday 20 January, a pair of Australian Army (Helicorp) Leonardo (Agusta) AW139 helicopters were noted passing through Rockhampton Airport.

They were identified as VH-YQJ, flying as "Warhorse 203" and VH-YBG as "Wombat".

Both helicopters arrived from Townsville and then later departed to the Oakey Army Aviation Centre.

Meanwhile, also on Monday 20 January, Robindale Group / Air Link Cessna 510 Citation Mustang bizjet VH-CMK flew up from Orange to the Sunshine Coast and then Bundaberg Airport. Later, it flew across to Emerald Airport.

UPDATE!  On Wednesday 22 January, VH-CMK departed Emerald Airport for Bundaberg Airport and then the Sunshine Coast and Orange.

Homada Pty Ltd Cessna 560XL Citation XLS bizjet VH-XCU flew into Hamilton Island Airport from Melbourne (Moorabbin). It later departed to Melbourne (Essendon). VH-XCU also visited Hamo last Monday 13 January.

While re-registered Gippsland GA-8 Airvan VH-88N arrived into Proserpine (Whitsunday Coast) Airport from Latrobe Valley via Dubbo and Saint George.  We presume it has arrived for local tourist operations.

Vee H Aviation (Link Airways) Beech B200GT Super King Air 250 VH-VEW flew up from Brisbane to the Oaky Creek Mine site and the Clermont Aerodrome before returning to Brisbane.

Seair Pacific / Istlecote Textron Aviation (Cessna) 208B Caravan VH-TLH flew up from Hervey Bay (Fraser Coast) Airport, Maryborough Airport and Rockhampton Airport to Middlemount Aerodrome.  It then flew back to Rockhampton Airport and then Hervey Bay Airport.

And late last week, Perri Air / South Burnett Air Services Quest Kodiak 100 VH-8FV looked to fly up from its Dalby base to land at the Central Highlands Aerial Services (CHAS) facility just North of Emerald.  It then looked to spend the weekend flying from there to places like Barcaldine, Longreach and Blackall Airports before returning to Dalby on Monday 20 January.

American-registered but Australian-based (Essendon) Bombardier BD-700-1A10 Global Express Bizjet N360HP Calls into CQ Airports - Plus More!

On Tuesday 3 December, American-registered but Australian-based (at Melbourne - Essendon) Bombardier BD-700-1A10 Global Express bizjet N360HP was noted visiting a couple of Central Queensland Airports during what has been a busy couple of days flying.


After arriving into Cairns from Essendon the previous day (as pictured above), it then flew down to Townsville.  On Tuesday, N360HP flew down from Townsville to Mackay Airport before then visiting Rockhampton Airport and then Bundaberg Airport before it then continued down to the Sunshine Coast.

While Burbank Homes / Business Aviation Solutions Raytheon Hawker 850XP bizjet VH-BMW departed Hamilton Island Airport for Melbourne (Tullamarine).  It looked to have arrived last Friday 29 November.

And MacKellar Mining Equipment Pty Ltd (Revesco Aviation) Cessna 680 Citation Sovereign bizjet VH-MMC flew up from the Sunshine Coast and landed at the Labona Station Airstrip within Adani Australia's (Bravus Mining & Resources) Carmichael Coal Mine site.  It then flew down to Emerald Airport before later returning to Labona and back to the Sunny Coast.

Meanwhile, also on Tuesday 3 December, the Queensland Government (State of Queensland) Beech B300C Super King Air 350 VH-8PE arrived into Rockhampton Airport from Cairns and later departed to Brisbane.  It then returned to Cairns.

Curley Equipment P/L Textron (Cessna) 208B Grand Caravan EX VH-CUY landed at Longreach Airport from Toowoomba and a bit later departed to Cloncurry Airport.  It looked to have flown South from there over the weekend via Blackall Airport.

And Austrek Aviation Cessna 310R VH-DZU landed at Agnes Water Aerodrome from Toowoomba and Chinchilla and during the afternoon it reversed the flight.

Nioa Aviation (Avcair) Embraer EMB505 Phenom 300 Bizjet VH-NJR Calls into Maryborough Airport - Plus More!

On Friday 22 November, new Nioa Aviation (Avcair) Embraer EMB505 Phenom 300 bizjet VH-NJR was noted visiting Maryborough Airport.

It looked to arrive from and then later return to Brisbane.

While during the morning, Machjet (Machjet International) Cessna 525 Citation CJ1 bizjet VH-SIY as "Machflight 421" flew up from Sunshine Coast to Mackay Airport and then down to Brisbane. This afternoon, it reversed the flight. 

Air Link (Dubbo) Cessna 510 Citation Mustang bizjet VH-SEQ visited Blackall Airport from Archerfield.

Link Airways (Corporate Air / Vee H Aviation) Cessna 441 Conquest VH-VEH flew up from Brisbane to the Oaky Creek Coal Mine site and then Emerald Airport before later reversing the flight.

And Wrightsair (SA) Cessna 208B Caravan VH-DJG flew from Longreach Airport to the Whitsunday Airport at Shute Harbour.  

Into the next week, it was noted completing tourist charter flights out of the Whitsunday Airport at Shute Harbour.

Navair Flight Operations Embraer EMB-500 Phenom 100 Bizjet VH-HQK Pops into Emerald Airport - Plus More!

On Friday 15 November, Navair Flight Operations Embraer EMB-500 Phenom 100 bizjet VH-HQK was noted visiting Emerald Airport.

It looked to arrive from Dubbo and then depart to Cairns.

UPDATE!  On Sunday 17 November, VH-HQK popped back into Emerald Airport, flying back down from Cairns and then back to Dubbo.

While Brisbane-based Adome P/L (Air Link, Dubbo) Cessna 525 CitationJet M2 bizjet VH-YWS flew down from Hamilton Island Airport to Archerfield.  It looked to have arrived from Townsville a couple of days prior.

And LifeFlight (Aeromed) Canadair CL-600-2B16 Challenger 604 bizjet VH-OFB "Ambulance 624" landed at Blackall Airport from Townsville and then departed to Rockhampton Airport.  It is then due to fly to Mackay Airport and then Brisbane before later returning back to Townsville.

Meanwhile, also on Friday 15 November, one nice corporate turboprop we haven't seen for a while in the form of RDO Equipment Co. Pilatus PC-12/47 VH-WPH visited Emerald Airport from Toowoomba.  

(Turns out that VH-WPH also visited Emerald Airport on Thursday 14 November as well as Bundaberg and Mackay Airports earlier in the week!)

Hughes Aviation (Hughes Pastoral Group) (Gympie) Pilatus PC-12//47E NGX VH-8HP, which had flown down to Bankstown and back earlier in the week, flew down to there from Tierawoomba then up to Keeroongooloo and back to Tierawoomba during the afternoon.

The Queensland Government (State of Queensland) Beech B300C Super King Air 350 VH-8PE arrived into Rockhampton Airport from Cairns and then departed to Brisbane.  It later returned to Cairns. 

And Link Airways (Corporate Air / Vee H Aviation) Cessna 441 Conquest VH-VEJ flew up from Brisbane to the Oaky Creek Mine Site before continuing to Clermont Aerodrome.  It then flew back to Brisbane.

Microflite (Melbourne) Pilatus PC-12/47E VH-8MF at the Whitsunday Airport at Shute Harbour Once Again! - Plus More!

On Sunday 28 January, Microflite Pilatus PC-12/47E VH-8MF visited the Whitsunday Airport at Shute Harbour once again from Melbourne (Moorabbin).

While Mackay-based Piper PA-31 Navajo VH-DWX departed Mackay Airport for Charters Towers, Normanton and Mornington Island before then returning to the Towers and Mackay Airport.

After arriving from there on Australia Day, Thomson Airborne (New South Wales) Eurocopter AS 350 B3 VH-YYQ departed Rockhampton Airport for Dalby, Tamworth and Camden where it appears to be usually based.

And Brisbane-based Hewitt Cattle Australia P/L SOCATA TBM 700 VH-PGA has had a busy few days flying out West and into the Centre of Australia.  Over this weekend, it returned to Archerfield from Alice Springs via Ambalindum, Blackall and Moura Airports.

Darwin-based Lloyd Aviation Jet Charter Dassault Falcon 900 Bizjet VH-PPD at Hamilton Island Airport - Plus More!

On Friday 15 December, Darwin-based Lloyd Aviation Jet Charter Dassault Falcon 900 bizjet VH-PPD visited Hamilton Island Airport from Ballina / Byron Bay Gateway Airport.  It then flew down to the Gold Coast.  It also appears that VH-PPD visited Hamo the previous day from the Goldie.

While LifeFlight (Aeromed) Canadair CL-600-2B16 Challenger 604 bizjet VH-OFA "Ambulance 614" flew up from Brisbane to Mackay Airport and then to Townsville.

And fellow LifeFlight (Aeromed) Canadair CL-600-2B16 Challenger 604 bizjet VH-OFC "Ambulance 634" flew from Brisbane to Barcaldine Airport and then across to Rockhampton Airport.  It later appeared to fly out to Longreach Airport and then Blackall Airport before returning back to Brisbane.

Meanwhile, also on Friday 15 December, McDermott Aviation Group / Machjet International Beech B200 King Air VH-NSN as "Machflight 73" flew into Rockhampton Airport from Brisbane.  It then continued to Townsville and Cairns.

DeGunst Transport P/L Textron (Cessna) 208 Caravan VH-NPZ flew up from Redcliffe to Bundaberg Airport.

And Microflite Pilatus PC-12/47E VH-8MF visited Hamilton Island Airport from Melbourne (Moorabbin) and Archerfield.

Navair Flight Operations Embraer EMB-500 Phenom 100 VH-HQK "Navair 141" Pops into Rockhampton Airport - Plus More!

On Friday 10 November, Navair Flight Operations Embraer EMB-500 Phenom 100 VH-HQK as "Navair 141" was noted arriving into Rockhampton Airport from Dubbo.

It looked to be due to return to Dubbo late at night on Friday.

Arcturus Group P/L / Flight Options (Australia) Dassault Falcon 2000EX bizjet VH-EWB arrived into Hamilton Island Airport from Sydney.

UPDATE!  On Tuesday 14 November, VH-EWB departed Hamilton Island Airport and returned to Sydney.

Air Link (Dubbo) Cessna 510 Citation Mustang bizjet VH-SEQ arrived into Blackall Airport from Archerfield and Toowoomba.

UPDATE!  On Saturday 11 November, VH-SEQ looked to return from Blackall Airport to Archerfield but via Chinchilla Aerodrome.

And LifeFlight (Aeromed) Bombardier Challenger 604 bizjet VH-URR "Ambulance 604" flew down from Cairns to Mackay Airport and then departed to Brisbane.

Meanwhile, also on Friday 10 November, the Queensland Government Airwing (State of Queensland) Raytheon B300 Super King Air VH-SGQ landed at Blackall Airport from Brisbane. 

UPDATE!  On Saturday 11 November, VH-SGQ returned to Brisbane from Blackall Airport.

While Stirling Helicopters Piper PA-23-250 Aztec VH-EQD arrived into Rockhampton Airport from Archerfield.  It then flew to Roma Airport and back to Rockhampton Airport before then returning to Archerfield.

And Brisbane-based Australian Agricultural Company Pilatus PC-12/47E VH-AAC landed at Emerald Airport from Avon Downs and then departed to Archerfield. 

Finally, also on Friday 10 November, Skytrans Airlines Dash-8-100 VH-QQB arrived into Rockhampton Airport from Brisbane as SKP522.  It then flew to the Labona Station Airstrip within Adani Australia's (Bravus Mining & Resources) Carmichael Coal Mine site and back to Rockhampton Airport as SKP777/8.  VH-QQB then returned to Brisbane as SKP523.

Sharp Airlines Metro 23 VH-UZN Calls into Some CQ Airports on Federal Referendum Duties - Plus More!

On Sunday 15 October, Sharp Airlines Metro 23 VH-UZN as "Sharp 173" departed Winton Airport for Longreach, Barcaldine, Charleville, Cunnamulla and Toowoomba Airports before flying onwards to Brisbane.  As mentioned below, it had originally landed at Winton Airport on Friday 13 October.



Of interest, on Saturday 14 October, VH-UZN as "Sharp 104" did a similar run out of Winton Airport, flying to Longreach, Charleville, Cunnamulla, Saint George and Toowoomba before then returning to Winton Airport.

It appears that these flights were in support of the Federal Referendum held over the weekend.

Perhaps a similar set of flights were completed by General Aviation Maintenace (GAM) Aero Commander 500-S VH-KAK.  On Saturday 14 October, it flew up from Brisbane to Longreach Airport and then Mount Isa, before then, on Sunday 15 October, flying across Mount Isa to Cairns and then down to Rockhampton Airport and back to Brisbane.

Meanwhile, also on Sunday 15 October, Brisbane-based Hewitt Cattle Australia P/L SOCATA TBM 700 VH-PGA flew back from Alice Springs and Ambalindum to Longreach Airport before then continuing to Archerfield.  It looked to have flown out there a few days earlier.

Air Link Piper PA-31-350 Navajo Chieftan VH-MZI flew out of Blackall Airport to Archerfield after arriving there the previous day.

And also visiting Blackall Airport, also on Sunday 15 October, was American-registered (but seemingly Australian-based) Cessna 510 Citation Mustang bizjet N510MW which arrived from Melbourne (Essendon).

UPDATE!  Monday 16 October, N510MW departed Blackall Airport and flew up to Lizard Island.  Over the next week, it flew to Cooktown and the Sunshine Coast before eventually returning to Essendon.

And Cessna 182 VH-RYZ was noted operating the parachuting flights out of Lakeside Airpark around the Laguna Quays Resort.

Poolhurst Aviation Air Charter Services Pilatus PC-24 Jet VH-VTF Calls into Barcaldine Airport - Plus More!

On Monday 7 August, Poolhurst Aviation Air Charter Services Pilatus PC-24 jet VH-VTF was noted arriving into Barcaldine Airport from Archerfield.

UPDATE!  On Tuesday 8 August, VH-VTF departed Barcaldine Airport and returned to Archerfield.

Re-registered Poolhurst Aviation Air Charter Services Pilatus PC-12/47E VH-PDE flew up from Archerfield to Minnie Downs, south of Blackall and then hopped to another Station near Blackall.

UPDATE!  On Tuesday 8 August, VH-PDE departed Evora Station, North East of Blackall, where it landed yesterday, to Caledonia Station North of Aramac and West of Forest Glen National Park. This afternoon it departed there to Blackall Airport and then back to Archerfield.

And Bowenville (near Toowoomba) based Cessna 525 CitationJet CJ1+ bizjet VH-JSZ flew up to Natal Downs from Archerfield and Dalby.  It later flew across to Rockhampton Airport and then down to Dalby and Archerfield.

Meanwhile, also on Monday 7 August, Seair Pacific / Istlecote Textron Aviation (Cessna) 208B Caravan VH-TQI arrived into Rockhampton Airport from Hervey Bay (Fraser Coast) and Maryborough Airports before it then flew to Middlemount Aerodrome and back.

UPDATE!  Over the next two days, VH-TQI completed flights between Rockhampton Airport and the Labona Station Airstrip within Adani Australia's (Bravus Mining & Resources) Carmichael Coal Mine site.  It returned to Hervey Bay Airport from Rockhampton Airport on Wednesday 9 August.

McDermott Aviation Group / Machjet International Beech B200 King Airs VH-NSN as "Machflight 121" and VH-ZPY as "Machflight 55" both visited Labona from Townsville.

And Brisbane-based Chevron Civil P/L Piper PA-32-300 Saratoga VH-LFX looked to fly up from Redcliffe to Annandale.

UPDATE!  On Thursday 10 August, VH-LFX returned to Redcliffe.

Finally, also on Monday 7 August, a suspected Eurocopter AS.350 with Papua New Guinea registration marking of P2-FAS was noted passing through Gladstone and Mackay Airports and then Townsville and Cairns.
