A Few Local Bizjets at Hamilton Island Airport including RAAF Boeing B737-7DT(BBJ) A36-001 Monday

On Monday 14 July, Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Boeing B737-7DT(BBJ) A36-001 was noted calling in to Hamilton Island Airport from Bundaberg.  It was flying as "Envoy 18".

Interestingly, A36-001 was also noted completing airwork at Bundaberg last Tuesday 8 July as "Envoy 12".

It's also worth noting that over the last few days, there have been a couple of other bizjets to call into Hamo including - as mentioned below - Lowe's Companies' Dassault Falcon 7X bizjet N55LC, which was noted arriving into Brisbane from Hamilton Island last Tuesday 8 July.

Gold Coast-based Business Aviation Solutions Cessna 650 Citation VII VH-LYM called into Hamilton Island from Armidale on Thursday 10 July. It later departed to Ayres Rock and then Sydney.

Finally, Skypac Aviation Cessna 550 Citation II VH-FYP touched down at Hamilton Island from Cessnock and Bankstown on Sunday 13 July.
