Meanwhile, the Queensland Government Airwing (State of Queensland) Raytheon Hawker 850XP bizjet VH-SGY called in from Brisbane and later departed to Mount Isa.

Of interest, Longreach Airport has continued to play host to a wide range of light General Aviation (GA) aircraft, with this week, New South Wales-based Cessna 182 VH-SHB, Toowoomba-based Cessna 210 VH-XGM and Sunshine Coast-based Cessna 310 VH-CWZ all calling in.

On Sunday 7 June and Monday 8 June, Brescon Beech B200 VH-WXN called into Longreach once again while flying from Toowoomba to the Brisbane West Wellcamp Airport and then to Century Mine via Longreach and Cloncurry.
