It called in from Vanrook Station near Normanton and departed to Bankstown. VH-KXM has spent the last few weeks operating out of Vanrook Station and has been noted at a few CQ and North Queensland Airports.
Meanwhile, a few light General Aviation (GA) aircraft were also noted calling into Longreach Airport over recent days and on Tuesday 10 November. Cessna 310 VH-CWZ visited from the Sunshine Coast and departed to Burketown, while Brescon Beech B200 VH-WXN called in on the from Toowoomba and Brisbane-West Wellcamp Airports.

These 'regular' Fly-in Fly-out (FIFO) flights seem to touch down each week with, on this occasion, VH-WXN continuing to Cloncurry and Century Mine.
Of interest, Sabstall Beech B200 King Air VH-NME operated a similar flight through Longreach Airport last Wednesday 4 November.
Finally, The Qantas Founders Museum at Longreach Airport has shared a few photos from Saturday 31 October of the much publicised visit by Qantas Airways Boeing B737-800 VH-XZP 'Retro Roo' as it visited Longreach Airport on a charity flight from and back to Sydney.
