On Friday 11 February, MT Air Charters / Pilatus Australia Pilatus PC-12/47E VH-JMU was noted arriving into Hamilton Island Airport from the Gold Coast.  It had earlier flown up from Adelaide and Lake Macquarie.

At the time of writing, it appears to be staying on Hamo.

UPDATE!  On Saturday 12 February, VH-JMU was spotted completing a return flight from Hamilton Island Airport to Cooktown and back - see Blog post above!

Meanwhile, also on Friday 11 February, Graham Aviation (Cairns) Cessna 510 Citation Mustang bizjet VH-FNI looked to also visit Hamilton Island Airport but from Mareeba and Cairns.

Finally, also on Friday 11 February, the Queensland Police Service (Airwing) (State of Queensland) Raytheon B1900D VH-PSK flew down from Cairns to Rockhampton Airport and stayed - possibly with a technical problem.

It's possible that the Queensland Government Airwing (State of Queensland) Raytheon B300 Super King Air VH-SGQ was summoned to provide a 'rescue' with it also noted visiting Rockhampton Airport.  VH-SGQ arrived from and then later departed back to Brisbane.
