Cessna 510 Citation Mustang Bizjet VH-KXM Returns South via Longreach Airport - Plus More Air Link Aircraft Ferry Through!

After seemingly trying to avoid the inclement weather around the Gulf Country over the last week, Gulf Coast Aviation Cessna 510 Citation Mustang VH-KXM has finally returned South to Bankstown on Saturday 19 March, again calling into Longreach Airport for fuel.

It appears that the smart little bizjet touched down at Longreach from Karumba after earlier operating a return flight from Karumba to Mount Isa.

Meanwhile, another pair Air Link (Dubbo) aircraft have (or are due to) called into Longreach Airport while ferrying North and South.  Early on Sunday 20 March Cessna 310R VH-HSL popped into Longreach from from Dubbo before continuing North to Normanton.

And at the time of writing, Piper PA-31-350 was scheduled to also fly into Longreach but from Normanton before departing onward to Charleville and Dubbo late on Sunday 20 March.

For a little while now, Air Link has been operating regular flights from Normanton to Mornington Island in Far North Queensland.
