RAAF Search and Rescue (SAR) Bell 412EP Helicopter VH-VAB "Rescue 82" Completes Medevac Flight to Rockhampton Base Hospital
Also noted at Rockhampton Airport, also on Monday 22 July, was the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Search and Rescue (SAR) Bell 412EP helicopter VH-VAB "Rescue 82". It looked to complete another medical evacuation from Shoalwater Bay.
It landed at Rockhampton Base Hospital before flying across to Rockhampton Airport where it was refuelled prior to returning to Camp Growl within the Shoalwater Bay Training Area (SWBTA).
