A lovely day was had by spotters at Rockhampton Airport on Sunday 15 April. The highlight was the transit of Pacific Helicopters Kawasaki BK-117 helicopter with New Zealand registration ZK-HBH.
The brightly coloured chopper arrived from Redcliffe and after taking fuel, departed to Townsville and later Cairns.
JetGo Australia's Embraer E-135 VH-JTG was still parked on the airport apron.
Other General Aviation aircraft noted at Rockhampton on Sunday included Gladstone-based Vulcanair (Partenavia) P.68C VH-OLV which arrived from the South.
Also Locally-based American Champion Aircraft (Amchamp) 8KCAB Decathlon VH-CWU operated an aerobatic flight over Rockhampton Airport at 4000ft before landing and parking.
On the commercial front, Virgin Australia (Skywest Airlines-operated) ATR 72-500 VH-FVH.
Looked like a nice day - thanks!
