For the second time this week, Careflight Queensland (Aeromed) LearJet 45 VH-CXJ has called into Mackay Airport on a med-evac flight. It touched down late on Thursday 15 October from Townsville, again as "Ambulance 452".

After collecting a patient, VH-CXJ departed to Brisbane. It returned to Townsville in the very wee small hours of Friday 16 October.
