Regional Express (REX) SAAB 340B VH-ZLS Calls into Gladstone Airport

An interesting arrival into Gladstone Airport on Thursday 17 November was Regional Express (REX) SAAB 340B VH-ZLS which touched down from Brisbane on what looked to be a charter flight as RXA9542.

After some time on the ground, VH-ZLS returned to Brisbane in the early afternoon as RXA9543.

Meanwhile, Pel-Air SAAB 340A Freighter VH-KDK sustained minor damage (paint off etc) during the massive super cell storm that affected Brisbane Airport on Sunday 13 November.

After some minor maintenance, VH-KDK returned to service late on Wednesday 16 November.
