A Few Corporate Bizjets and More Around CQ Airports This Week

It's been a couple of busy days for corporate bizjet and other movements around various Central Queensland Airports - here is a quick summary:

On Friday 4 August, The Queensland Government (State of Queensland) Raytheon Hawker 850XP bizjet VH-SGY was noted visiting Mackay Airport.  It arrived from and later departed back to Brisbane.

While also visiting Mackay Airport a little later on Friday 4 August was the  the Queensland Government (State of Queensland) Raytheon B300 Super King Air VH-SGQ which arrived into the sugar city from Bowen Airport.  It later departed to Brisbane.

And speaking of Mackay Airport, the locally-based Embraer EMB-550 Legacy 500 N142GZ was noted departing Mackay for Brisbane on Thursday 3 August.

Meanwhile, up at Hamilton Island Airport, also on Thursday 3 August, Brisbane-based Cessna 525A CitationJet2 bizjet VH-MOR made a late night arrival from Archerfield.

While on Friday 4 August, Mitchell Water Cessna 525 Citation M2 bizjet VH-WMY had a busy day of flying, initially departing Melbourne (Essendon) for Waikerie, before it continued to Mildura, Yarrawonga, the Gold Coast and Roma Airport.  It then departed Roma and touched down at Hamo.

And on Wednesday 2 August, Shortstop Jet Charter Dassault Falcon 900C bizjet VH-OAA called into Hamilton Island Airport once again from Melbourne (Essendon).

Finally, on Tuesday 1 August, Homada Pty Ltd Cessna 560XL Citation XLS VH-XCU departed Hamilton Island Airport for Essendon and then Moorabbin.  It had arrived from there on Friday 28 July.
