Edwards Coaches Cessna 441 Conquest II VH-OXY at Rockhampton and Gladstone Airports

On Wednesday 13 December, Edwards Coaches Cessna 441 Conquest II VH-OXY was noted arriving into Rockhampton Airport at the conclusion of a busy day of flying which saw it start the day at its Armidale (New South Wales) base and fly to Goondiwindi, Archerfield and Townsville before heading to Rocky.

After staying for the night, on Thursday 14 December, VH-OXY had another busy day of flying, departing Rockhampton for Gladstone Airport before it continued to Archerfield, Goondiwindi and eventually returned to Armidale.

Meanwhile, couple of other notable light General Aviation (GA) aircraft to pop into CQ Airports over the last couple of days have included McDermott Aviation Group / Machjet International Beech B200 VH-MWZ which popped into Bundaberg Airport from its Sunshine Coast base on Tuesday 12 December.

While Brisbane-based Beech B300 Super King Air VH-SQR was noted visiting several mine sites in Central Queensland and up as far as Mount Isa over the course of Thursday 14 December and again on Friday 15 December (update!).
