Mitchell Water Cessna 525 Citation M2 Bizjet VH-WMY Calls into Central Queensland Airports - Plus More!

On Monday 3 February, Mitchell Water Cessna 525 Citation M2 bizjet VH-WMY was noted visiting various Central Queensland Airports during a busy day of flying.

VH-WMY looked to depart Melbourne (Essendon) for Mildura before then landing at Hamilton Island Airport for a short time.  It then looked to hop across to Proserpine (Whitsunday Coast) Airport where it was photographed above parked up for some time.

Then during the afternoon, VH-WMY departed Prosie and landed at Clermont Aerodrome for a short time before then returning to Hamilton Island Airport.  It then departed Hamo to Roma Airport before eventually returning to Essendon.

UPDATE!  After flying 'home' to Melbourne (Moorabbin) the previous day, VH-WMY was back at CQ Airports on Wednesday 5 February, touching down at Roma Airport from Moorabbin before continuing to Miles Airport (twice) and Moura Airport.  It then finished the day flying into Archerfield.

UPDATE!  On Thursday 6 February, VH-WMY visited Roma Airport once again, arriving from and later departed back to Archerfield.

UPDATE!  On Friday 7 February, VH-WMY was back in CQ once again, visiting Moura Airport twice and Clermont Aerodrome before later heading 'home' to Moorabbin.

Meanwhile, also on Monday 3 February, AirMed Australia Cessna 510 Citation Mustang bizjet VH-NEQ was noted visiting Roma Airport.  It looked to arrive from Bankstown, Goulburn and Condobolin in New South Wales before it later departed to Saint George.

Finally, a couple of lighties around CQ also on Monday 3 February included Wolff Aviation Hawker Beechcraft C90GTi VH-VWG which visited Rockhampton Airport from its Toowoomba base.

While Landair Surveys' Piper PA-31 Navajo VH-XGL also flew into Rockhampton Airport on Monday 3 February, but from Emerald Airport where it has spent a few days completing aerial survey flights.  It appears that it was based at Roma Airport completing similar flights in the days before.
