After about an hour on the ground, VH-LEF returned to Essendon.
Also on Sunday 13 December, a trio of Australian-based Cessna Citation bizjets were also noted visiting Hamilton Island Airport.
Brisbane-based Teys Australia Cessna 525 Citation CJ2 bizjet VH-TEY was noted arriving into Hamo from Archerfield. It later departed to the Gold Coast before returning to Archerfield.
Australian Country Choice Properties (Brisbane) Cessna 560 Citation V Encore bizjet VH-ACC arrived into Hamo from Archerfield and later departed to the Sunshine Coast.
And Australian Corporate Jet Centres Cessna 560 Citation Ultra VH-WFE made a late afternoon visit to Hamilton Island Airport also from Melbourne (Essendon).
Meanwhile, over on the mainland, also on Sunday 13 December, the often visiting American-registered Eclipse EA500 bizjet N257AK was noted arriving back into the Whitsunday Airport at Shute Harbour from Archerfield. It continues to arrive each weekend and depart (usually back) to Archerfield during the latter part of the week.
And Jetstream Aviation (Emprja P/L) Cessna 550 Citation II VH-VDF departed Proserpine (Whitsunday Coast) Airport for the Sunshine Coast. It had arrived from there on Friday 11 December.
While also on Sunday 13 December, the visiting 1969-built Beech H18 VH-MBU departed Rockhampton Airport and returned to Cairns. It had arrived from there on Friday 11 December.
Finally, on Saturday 12 December, Gulf Coast Aviation Cessna 510 Citation Mustang bizjet VH-KXM flew from Cairns to Maramie (Dorunda) and back to Cairns before then heading South Emerald Airport and then Bankstown.
