The Queensland Government Airwing (State of Queensland) Raytheon B300 Super King Air VH-SGQ Pops into Mackay & Rockhampton Airports - Plus More!

On Friday 26 March, the Queensland Government Airwing (State of Queensland) Raytheon B300 Super King Air VH-SGQ was noted arriving into Mackay Airport from Cairns.  It then flew down to Rockhampton Airport before continuing to Brisbane.

During the afternoon, VH-SGQ then returned to Cairns via Townsville.

Meanwhile, also on Friday 26 March, Bayswater Road / Australian Aerial Mapping (AAM) survey aircraft - Reims Aviation F406 VH-LAA was noted popping into my local Clermont Aerodrome from Emerald Airport.  It then departed to complete survey work before returning to Emerald Airport.

Finally, also on Friday 26 March, New South Wales-based Cessna LC41-550FG VH-CSV arrived into Longreach Airport from Hay in New South Wales.

UPDATE!  On Monday 29 March, VH-CSV popped back into Longreach Airport, arriving from Karumba and later departing to Bourke in New South Wales.
