Special Mining Services / Flight Options (Australia) Embraer EMB-505 Phenom 300E Bizjet VH-UYX Pops into Mackay Airport - Plus More!

On Sunday 4 July, Special Mining Services / Flight Options (Australia) Embraer EMB-505 Phenom 300E bizjet VH-UYX was noted visiting Mackay Airport.

It looked to arrive from Bankstown and then later depart to the Gold Coast and then Melbourne (Essendon) before returning to Bankstown.

A couple of other bizjets that were noted in and out of some of the Whitsundays Airports, also on Sunday 4 July, included Sunshine Air Services (of Victoria) Bombardier CL-600-2B16 Challenger 604 bizjet VH-VLZ which departed Hamilton Island Airport for Melbourne (Essendon).  It had arrived into Hamo from there last Tuesday 29 June.

Linfox Express Charter / Air National Australia Canadair CL-600-2B16 Challenger 605 VH-LEF visited Hamilton Island Airport once again, arriving from and later departing back to Melbourne (Essendon).  It also visited Hamo last week.

And Australian Corporate Jet Centres' operated Embraer EMB-135BJ Legacy bizjet VH-VLT was noted departing Hamilton Island Airport and flying back to its Melbourne (Essendon) base.  It had arrived from there on Friday 2 July.

While over on the mainland, Graham Aviation (Cairns) Cessna 510 Citation Mustang bizjet VH-FNI was noted visiting Proserpine (Whitsunday Coast) Airport.  It looked to arrive from Cairns and Lizard Island(?) before then departing to Mareeba.

And on Saturday 3 July, the often visiting American-registered Eclipse EA500 bizjet N257AK returned to the Whitsunday Airport at Shute Harbour from Archerfield.

Meanwhile, also on Sunday 4 July, Warnervale (New South Wales) based Piper PA-28R-201 Cherokee departed the Whitsunday Airport at Shute Harbour for Warnervale via Biloela / Thangool, Goondiwindi and Tamworth Airports.  It had flown into the Whitsundays over the last week, flying via Hervey Bay (Fraser Coast), Gladstone and Moranbah Airports (amongst other places).

And Kirkhope Aviation (of Melbourne) Beech B200 King Air VH-ZOK called into Longreach Airport from Cooktown and Laura.  It too appears to have flown North from Melbourne (Moorabbin) last weekend.

Finally, also on Sunday 4 July, Hinterland Aviation Cessna 402C VH-TFK was spotted visiting Rockhampton Airport.


It arrived from and later departed back to Cairns as 'HND835' / "Hinterland 835".
