On Friday 31 December, the visiting GBJ Nominees (Navair Flight Operations) Textron (Cessna) 510 Citation Mustang bizjet VH-IEQ was noted departing Bowen Airport for Proserpine (Whitsunday Coast) Airport.

VH-IEQ then departed to Bankstown.

VH-IEQ had touched down at Bowen Airport from Bankstown via Wagga Wagga and the Ballina/Byron Bay Gateway Airport on Tuesday 28 December.

Meanwhile, also on Friday 31 December, BPW Aviation / Airspeed Aviation of Scone, New South Wales, Cessna 404 Titan VH-SKV was noted departing Mackay Airport for Archerfield and then Tamworth.

It had flown up from Tamworth via Roma Airport the previous day.

Finally, also on Friday 31 December, Mackay-based Piper PA-32R-301 Saratoga VH-LPW was noted flying from my local Clermont Aerodrome to Mackay Airport.
