Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Airbus A330-200 / KC-30A Multi Role Tanker Transport (MRTT) A39-006 Pops into Rockhampton Airport - Plus More!

On Monday 5 June, Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Airbus A330-200 / KC-30A Multi Role Tanker Transport (MRTT) A39-006 was spotted on the ground at Rockhampton Airport.


It looked to fly up from RAAF Base Amberley as "Dragon 44" and parked on Taxiway Julliette for a short time to complete a crew change.


The KC-30 MRTT then departed Rockhampton Airport and returned to Amberley.

Meanwhile, also on Monday 5 June, Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Boeing C-17A Globemaster III A41-207 was photographed as it climbed out after completing a missed approach at Bundaberg Airport.


It was flying as "Stallion 30" and looked to fly up from and then return to Amberley.
