CareFlight Queensland Bell 412EP helicopter VH-XCI "Rescue 566" Visits Rockhampton Friday

An interesting visitor to Rockhampton on Friday 6 May was Roma-based CareFlight Queensland Bell 412EP helicopter VH-XCI which landed on the Helipad on the roof Rockhampton Base Hosptial after completing a med-evac flight as "Rescue 566".

It had earlier been tasked from its Roma Airport base to assist with the air-lift of an injured woman following a nasty car crash approximately 20 kilometres from Rolleston earlier in the day.

VH-XCI then positioned to Rockhampton Airport for refuelling before it later returned South to Roma Airport.
