And Australian Army Sikorsky S-70A-9 Blackhawk Helicopter A25-205 Calls into Gladstone Airport on Friday too!

Local plane spotter Anthony S ventured to Gladstone Airport on Friday 16 May and was very lucky to capture another Australian Army Sikorsky S-70A-9 Blackhawk Helicopter to visit the industrial city in just over a week.

This time, the Blackhawk was noted as A25-205, and was using the radio callsign of "Redback 205".  It was seen to be departing to the South.

While he was at Gladstone Airport, Anthony also captured a couple of visitors on Friday 16 May, including QantasLink (Cobham Aviation) Boeing B717-200 VH-NXM.

It was captured taxiing for departure while Royal Flying Doctor Service of Australia (RFDS) Raytheon B200 King Air VH-FDW ("FlyDoc 447") was arriving into Gladstone from Hervey Bay.

Also captured was QantasLink Dash-8-Q400 VH-QOV.

And finally Virgin Australia Regional Airlines (VARA) ATR 72-500 VH-FVI which was captured by Anthony preparing for departure to Brisbane as VOZ1712.

Another great set from Anthony, and we thank him sincerely for sharing his images!
