RAAF Challenger 604 Bizjet A37-002 Calls into Rockhampton and Gladstone Airports Thursday

On Thursday 14 April, Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Canadair CL-600-2B16 Challenger 604 bizjet A37-002 called into both Rockhampton and Gladstone Airports.

It touched down at Rocky from Lismore in Northern New South Wales.  The Challenger was noted bringing Nationals Leader Senator Barnaby Joyce who also happens to be the Acting Prime Minister as PM Malcolm Turnbull is currently overseas.

After an hour or so at Rocky, A37-002 departed for the short hop down to Gladstone Airport.

From Gladstone, A37-002 departed to Tamworth.  A37-002 was noted using the radio callsign of "Regent 29" for all of its flights.

Sincere thanks to Rocky plane spotter 'IAD', along with Col for sending through these great photos!
