On Tuesday 3 July and then again on Wednesday 4 July, SAAB 340B VH-VEM was noted completing closed Fly-in Fly-out (FIFO) flights in and out of Emerald Airport from and back to Brisbane.

Until recently, these FIFO charter flights have been operated by JetGo Australia Embraer jets but with the airline's demise, it's been interesting to note which company has picked up these flights.
While on Monday 2 July, Metro 23 VH-VET was noted arriving into Emerald Airport from Brisbane via the Toowoomba Wellcamp Airport. It looked to depart back to Brisbane.
UPDATE! On Friday 6 June, fellow Fly Corporate Metro 23 VH-VEU was noted completing a flight in and out of Charters Towers Airport from and back to Brisbane.
Finally, it's also worth noting that also on Monday 2 July, Easternwell Group Raytheon B200 King Air VH-EWG was seen departing Emerald Airport for the South. Its exact movements are sadly not known.
