After staying for the night, VH-NEQ then made an early departure from Hamo on Friday 24 May bound for Cairns. It then continued to Birdsville and Adelaide before returning to Bankstown.
Also on Friday 24 May, the visiting Isle of Man registered Bombardier BD-700-1A11 Global 5000 bizjet M-CVGL finally departed Hamilton Island Airport after arriving over a week prior. It was noted departing to the Sunshine Coast after it had arrived from there back on Wednesday 15 May.
At the time of writing, M-CVGL is heading to Sydney.
Meanwhile, last weekend on Sunday 19 May, both Homada Pty Ltd Cessna 560XL Citation XLS VH-XCU and Henadeck Cessna 525 Citation CJ1 VH-YNE were noted departing Hamilton Island Airport.
VH-XCU was noted departing Hamo for Melbourne (Essendon) and Melbourne (Moorabbin). While VH-YNE departed Hamo for Bankstown. Both had arrived earlier in the week.
Finally, also on Friday 24 May, but out at Roma Airport, Mitchell Water Cessna 525 Citation M2 bizjet VH-WMY was noted visiting. It looked to depart to Miles Airport after possibly arriving from there the previous day.
While further out at Longreach Airport also on Friday 24 May, Navair Jet Services (Mabeena P/L) Piper PA-31-350 Navajo Cheiftan VH-NWN was noted visiting as 'WA658' / "Wagga Air 658".
