Mitchell Water Cessna 525 Citation M2 Bizjet VH-WMY Calls into Thangool and Hamilton Island Airports

On Friday 26 July, Mitchell Water Cessna 525 Citation M2 bizjet VH-WMY was noted arriving into Biloela / Thangool Airport from Archerfield.  It had arrived there from Melbourne (Moorabbin) and Melbourne (Essendon) earlier in the week.

Then around lunchtime, VH-WMY departed Thangool and popped into Hamilton Island Airport.

In the late afternoon, VH-WMY then departed Hamo for Archerfield before later returning to Moorabbin.

Also calling into Hamilton Island Airport, also on Friday 26 July, was the familiar sight of Homada Pty Ltd Cessna 560XL Citation XLS bizjet VH-XCU which was noted arriving into Hamilton Island Airport from Melbourne (Essendon).

VH-XCU seems to have called into Hamilton Island Airport each week for the past couple of weeks!

UPDATE!  After spending the night, VH-XCU departed Hamo for Essendon on Saturday 27 July.

Meanwhile, also on Friday 26 July, the Queensland Government Airwing (State of Queensland) Raytheon Hawker 850XP bizjet VH-SGY was noted visiting Proserpine (Whitsunday Coast) Airport.  It arrived from and later departed back to Brisbane.

While the Queensland Police Service (Airwing) (State of Queensland) Textron Aviation (Cessna) 208B Caravan VH-PQX was noted visiting Rockhampton Airport also on Friday 26 July, flying in from and back to Townsville.

Finally, on Thursday 25 July, Gulf Coast Aviation Cessna 510 Citation Mustang bizjet VH-KXM was noted departing Rockhampton Airport for Cairns and Vanrook Station.  It had arrived at Rocky from Vanrook Station two days prior.

UPDATE!  VH-KXM returned home to Bankstown on Sunday 28 July, departing Vanrook Station for Longreach Airport and then Bankstown.
