Aussie Bizjets and Light GA Aircraft Galore at CQ Airports!

A busy day on Tuesday 22 September, with a gaggle of Australian-based bizjets and other light General Aviation (GA) aircraft noted coming and going at several Central Queensland Airports.

After only departing from there the previous day, Clive Palmer's Mineralogy Company's registered Bombardier BD-700-1A10 Global Express XRS bizjet VH-UPH was noted arriving back into Hamilton Island Airport from the Gold Coast.  It then departed to Townsville before returning to Hamo later in the day.

At the time of writing, it appears that VH-UPH is again staying on Hamo for at least the night.

Locally-based Greensill Aviation Cessna 550 Citation Bravo bizjet VH-CCJ was noted departing Bundaberg Airport for Sydney.  It then continued across to Whyalla in South Australia before eventually returning to Bundy in the early evening.

Mackellar Mining Equipment / Flight Options (Australia) Cessna 560 Citation Ultra bizjet VH-MMC was back in CQ and again visiting Middlemount Aerodrome.  This is its second visit in less than a week and again it arrived from and later departed back to the Sunshine Coast.

And Australian Country Choice Properties (Brisbane) Cessna 560 Citation V Encore bizjet VH-ACC looked to pop into Maryborough Airport, arriving from and later departing back to Archerfield.

On the lighter side of movements, also on Tuesday 22 September, Mackay-based Van's RV-10 popped into Middlemount Aerodrome from Warwick.

While Great Western Aviation Beech B200 VH-XGV made its weekly visit to my local Clermont Aerodrome, arriving from and later departing back to Brisbane.

Brisbane-based Pilatus PC-12/47E VH-AAC looked to visit Emerald Airport.

Aero Optics Aero Commander 500-S VH-JAJ looked to fly from its Bundaberg Airport base to Toowoomba and back as "Birddog 433".

Machjet (Machjet International) Hawker Beechcraft B200 King Air VH-ZSY flew up from the Sunshine Coast to Longreach Airport and then Tennant Creek.  While fellow Machjet Beech B200 King Air VH-PUY called into Mount Coolon Aerodrome, arriving from and later departing back to the Sunshine Coast.

Finally, Cairns-based Queensland Ship Surveyors Cirrus SR22 VH-RGS popped into Rockhampton Airport, arriving from Toowoomba and departing to Mareeba.
