A Few Familiar Bizjets Around CQ Airports - Plus More Over This Weekend!

On Sunday 13 September, a nice selection of familiar local bizjets were noted visiting some Central Queensland Airports including Corporate Aircraft Charter (South Australia) Cessna 550 Citation II bizjet VH-ZLE which was noted visiting Gladstone Airport.

The familiar Citation which is possibly operating for Queensland Health (through LifeFlight) looked to arrive from and the later depart back to its Brisbane base.

Other Cessna Citations around CQ, also on Sunday 13 September, included Mitchell Water Cessna 525 Citation M2 bizjet VH-WMY which flew into Hamilton Island airport from Melbourne (Essendon) via Townsville.  It then departed to Griffith.  While re-registered BHMM Aviation Cessna 650 Citation VII bizjet VH-SSZ was noted departing Hamilton Island Airport for the Gold Coast. It had arrived the previous weekend.

Also on Sunday 13 September, Avcair Embraer 500 Phenom 100EV bizjet VH-NJR was noted visiting Maryborough Airport from its Brisbane base.  It then flew up to Hamilton Island Airport and back also from Brisbane.

It also appears that VH-NJR also visited Maryborough Airport, again from Brisbane, but on Saturday 12 September.

Meanwhile, also on Saturday 12 September, Machjet (Machjet International) Cessna 525A Citation CJ2 bizjet VH-ZIY was noted visiting Hamilton Island Airport from its Sunshine Coast base.

While Austrek Aviation Cessna 310R VH-DZX was noted visiting Rockhampton Airport from its Toowoomba base.  And Heli Qld Airbus Helicopters EC 130 T2 VH-WJY popped into Rockhampton Airport from the Whitsunday Airport at Shute Harbour before departing to Toowoomba.
