Townsville Airlines Beech 1900D VH-RUE Pops into CQ Airports - Possibly on Qld Police Run

On Monday 28 September, Townsville Airlines Beech 1900D VH-RUE was noted visiting some Central Queensland Airports on what appears to be a flight on behalf of the Queensland Police Service.

VH-RUE looked to arrive into Rockhampton Airport from Cairns and Townsville before it later departed to Brisbane. It then flew North to Mackay Airport before returning to Townsville and Cairns.

Of interest, VH-RUE operated a similar flight pattern last Friday 25 September, hence the possibility that it is now completing prison transfer flights on behalf of the Queensland Police Service.
