The Hawk - from the RAAF's Number 76 Squadron - arrived from its RAAF Base Williamtown home.

And A27-07 "Tiger 11" immediately went to work, completing an afternoon sortie into the Shoalwater Bay Training Area (SWBTA), from and back to Rockhampton Airport.

Meanwhile, also on Tuesday 22 November, the three Air Affairs (Australia) Learjet 35A bizjets that are currently deployed to Rockhampton Airport to support the Exercise took to the air with VH-SLD and VH-LFA flying together as "Fencer" and VH-SLE flying out of and back to Rockhampton Airport as "Fishbed 21". They also completed afternoon sorties.

Up in the Shoalwater Bay Training Area (SWBTA), flights of RAAF Lockheed Martin F-35A Lightning II fighter aircraft as "Hawkeye" and "Hipshot" were heard completing sorties out of and back to RAAF Base Amberley.

RAAF Airbus A330-200 / KC-30A Multi Role Tanker Transport (MRTT) aircraft A39-001 as "Dragon 12/57" and A39-007 as "Dragon 56" were also noted in the area and off the South-East Queensland coast providing air-to-air refuelling support to the F-35A's.

And RAAF Alenia C-27J Spartan transport aircraft A34-006 as "Wallaby 70" flew up from Amberley to the Exercise area before landing there for three hours. It later returned to Amberley.
