Execujet Australia Bombardier Challenger 604 Bizjet VH-VSZ Calls into Proserpine (Whitsunday Coast) Airport - Plus More!

On Wednesday 9 November, Execujet Australia Bombardier CL-600-2B16 Challenger 604 bizjet VH-VSZ was spotted on the ground at Proserpine (Whitsunday Coast) Airport after it had earlier arrived from the Gold Coast.


At the time of writing, it appears that the Challenger 604 bizjet is staying for at least the night.

UPDATE!  On Thursday 10 November, VH-VSZ departed Proserpine Airport for Brisbane.

While Mitchell Water Cessna 525 Citation M2 bizjet VH-WMY flew up from Melbourne (Moorabbin) and Melbourne (Essendon) to Yarrawonga before it continued up to the Whitsunday Airport at Shute Harbour.  VH-WMY then returned to Moorabbin

LifeFlight (Aeromed) Canadair CL-600-2B16 Challenger 604 bizjet VH-OFA "Ambulance 614" flew down from Townsville to Emerald Airport before then heading to Brisbane. 

And overnight on Tuesday 8 November, Avcair (Avgunn) LearJet 60 bizjet VH-ILJ popped into Longreach Airport from Brisbane before it then departed to Rockhampton Airport.  VH-ILJ then looked to depart Rockhampton Airport for Townsville, Cairns and then back to Brisbane.

Meanwhile, also on Wednesday 9 November, Seair Pacific / Istlecote Cessna 208 Caravan VH-TQW visited the Wanella Station Airstrip near Coppabella, arriving from Hervey Bay (Fraser Coast) Airport.  It then returned to Hervey Bay Airport via Rockhampton and Maryborough Airports.

Link Airways (Corporate Air / Vee H Aviation) Metro 23 VH-VEK flew out from Brisbane to Longreach Airport and then Boulia and back over the same route.

Gulf Coast Aviation Textron Aviation (Cessna) T206H VH-KQM flew down from Vanrook Station and Georgetown to my local Clermont Aerodrome. It then departed to Mareeba.

Bishopp Aviation SOCATA TBM-700 VH-VSV flew up to Proserpine (Whitsunday Coast) Airport from Archerfield. It then made the two short hops down to Mackay Airport and then Rockhampton Airport.  VH-VSV later returned to Archerfield.

While Aerodrome Airport Support P/L (Western Australia) Cirrsu SR22 VH-LBU arrived into Rockhampton Airport from Cairns before later departing to the Gold Coast.

UPDATE!  VH-LBU eventually continued to Orange in New South Wales where it stayed for a few days.  It passed back through Rockhampton Airport on Tuesday 15 November, while heading back up to Cairns from the Gold Coast.

RDO Equipment Co. (ex Vanderfield) Cessna 182 VH-JQC flew from Emerald Airport to Mackay Airport and back to Emerald Airport.  It had arrived into Emerald Airport the previous day from Toowoomba via Moura Aerodrome.

Aero Logistics / Bayswater Road Aerial Surveys Cessna TU206G VH-KPG looks to have spent the last couple of days based at Rockhampton Airport operating aerial survey flights around the region.

Brisbane-based Rockwell 114 Commander VH-RNS arrived into Rockhampton Airport from Moree, Coonamble and Archerfield. 

UPDATE!  On Monday 14 November, VH-RNS departed Rockhampton Airport for Emerald Airport.  Then on Tuesday 15 November, VH-RNS departed Emerald Airport for Moree.

M. D. H. P/L (Cloncurry) Pilatus PC-12/47E VH-MDH flew down from Rutland Plains in Far North Queensland to Mackay Airport before then continuing to the South - possibly to Lotus Creek.

Ipswich-based Airborne P/L (Palm Lake Works) Pilatus PC-12/47E VH-VLQ visited Bundaberg Airport once again from its Gold Coast base, with the return leg calling into Caloundra.

And the Queensland Police Service (Airwing) (State of Queensland) Raytheon B1900D VH-PSK visited Rockhampton Airport from Cairns and Townsville.
